Product care

CANDLE CARE:

Remove any lids and dust covers before lighting up the candle.
Never leave candle burning unattended.
Keep away from anything that could catch on fire, example drapes, curtains etc.
burn candle away from any wind drafts.
Trim about 0.5cm off the wick before every burn to get a clean burn and a clean candle.
Keep your candle away from direct sunlight. This won't affect the performance of the candle but can make it discolor and give it an unpleasant look.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
To avoid tunneling, always burn your candle until the wax melts all the way to the edge of the glass. Never burn your candle more than 4 hours.
if there are any black residue on the jar, just simply wipe it off with a damp cloth, when the candle isn't lit and the wax is hard of course!

CAR DIFFUSER CARE:

Remove lid and plastic stopper then screw the lid back on. Tilt the bottle upside down for 2-3 seconds to wet lid with fragrance (if you saturate the lid the oil may travel up the cord causing damage). If refreshments are needed then tilt the bottle for 2-3 seconds again.
Do not consume oil.
Clean up any spills IMMEDIATELY as it can damage the surface.
Don't hang diffuser off indicators as this will cause spills which will lead the interior damage.
Never leave diffuser in the car on extremely hot days as this can cause damage and leave to spills and damage.

REED DIFFUSER CARE:

Always place a glass plate under the reed diffuser as the mixture can stain and chew through anything!
Do not light the diffuser reeds.
Keep out of reach of children and pets.
Place diffuser somewhere it won't get knocked over.
Clean up spills IMMEDIATELY to avoid damaged surfaces.
For Refreshments, turn reeds once a week. Sola flowers do not need to be fiddled with as they are designed to give constant scent throw.
HIGHLY FLAMMABLE PRODUCT. KEEP AWAY FROM ANY NAKED FLAMES.

ROOM SPRAYS CARE:

Always do a spot test before spraying on materials and fabric. If product is not suitable for certain types of materials/fabric please avoid sprays on them.
Spray 15 cm away from furniture. Don't spray directly on it.
Do not use as a perfume.This product is not body safe.
Avoid contact in eyes.
If any leaks happen clean it up IMMEDIATELY.
Keep away from any children and do not spray pets!
Discard product after 8 months.

ULTRASONIC DIFFUSERS CARE:

Add water to the level marked on the diffuser base and a few drops of essential oil/fragrance oil of your choice. For subtle scent add 1-3 drops and for stronger scent add 5+ drops. Turn on your diffuser and enjoy!
Wash hands after adding oil drops and clean up any spills.
Clean out diffuser with a paper towel after each use to remove any residue.
Ideal for people who have small children and don't want anything hot within reach.

WAX WARMER & OIL BURNERS CARE:

Simply add your favorite scented wax melt and turn you warmer on!
For Fragrance/essential oil use, add water in the dish and add a few drops of oil.
Cleaning instructions: Once your wax melt is scentless turn your wax warmer on and remelt the old wax. Then grab a handful of cotton balls and put it in the dish so the melted wax gets soaked up. Wipe up any remaining wax then simply add a fresh block of wax melt and enjoy.
Never add fresh wax melt to old wax. This will be pointless because the old wax melt will eat away at the fresh one.
Keep out of reach of children and pets
Warmer might be hot to touch so be cautious.
Do not touch melted wax as it may result in burns.
Oil burners: simply light a tealight and put it in the opening of the burner. Do not leave unattended.

Do not spray in eyes.
Do not consume.
If skin gets irritated wash well with water and discontinue using product.
This product is body-safe although we suggest spraying on clothes only.
If you suffer from asthma, headaches or nausea then this product is NOT SUITED FOR YOU.
